This report does the following:

• Provides a snap shot of all your shipments on one page, we email it to you whenever there is a change or at least weekly
• It is color coded; bookings are in blue, changes from previous report are in red, new bookings are in green, so your eye is drawn to the changes
• This spread sheet can be emailed within your company to alert different departments, or you can forward only the parts of the spreadsheet that pertain to a department.
• You can add and populate cells with costs, department numbers, etc.
